1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to rv-kestrion.vercel.app and to anyone who contacts RV-Kestrion — operated by Raushan Khemani, a sole proprietor based in India — through the site's forms, email, or WhatsApp.
2. What I collect
Depending on how you interact with the site, I collect:
- Contact form (/contact): name, email, and optionally a phone/WhatsApp number and your message.
- Review form (/review): your name, optionally your business name, a star rating, and your written review.
- Project brief form (the Google Form linked from /start): whatever project details, contact information, and preferences you enter there.
- WhatsApp: if you message me, I receive your phone number and whatever you send, subject to WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy policy for the platform itself.
- Currency preference: which currency (₹/$) you last selected on the pricing pages, stored only in your browser's local storage — this never leaves your device or reaches me.
I do not currently run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site, and I do not collect payment card details — payment is arranged manually after your project brief is received.
3. Why I collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, scope and deliver a project you've requested, arrange payment, and — for reviews you submit — to optionally display your feedback on the site with your permission. I do not sell, rent, or use your information for advertising.
4. Who it's shared with
The forms on this site are processed by third-party services, each of which handles data under its own policy:
- Formspree (contact and review forms) — routes submissions to my inbox. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Google Forms (project brief) — see Google's privacy policy.
- WhatsApp / Meta — for any conversation started via a WhatsApp link on this site.
These providers may process or store data outside India. I don't share your information with anyone else, and I never sell it.
5. How long I keep it
I keep enquiry, project, and payment-related records for as long as needed to deliver the project and for reasonable bookkeeping afterward. Reviews you submit are kept indefinitely unless you ask me to remove them. You can request deletion at any time — see section 7.
6. Cookies and local storage
The only browser storage this site uses is a single local-storage entry for your preferred currency display, purely for your convenience across visits. It contains no personal data and isn't transmitted to me. If analytics or tracking cookies are ever added, this policy will be updated first.
7. Your rights
You can ask me, at any time, to:
- tell you what information I hold about you,
- correct anything inaccurate,
- delete your information (including a submitted review), or
- stop using your information for a given purpose.
To exercise any of these, email raushankhemani@gmail.com. I'll respond within a reasonable time, generally within a few days.
8. Children's privacy
RV-Kestrion's services are intended for business owners and adults, not children, and I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
If how I collect or use data changes — for example, if analytics is added — this page will be updated and the "last updated" date at the top will change accordingly.
