1. Who you're contracting with
RV-Kestrion is a web design studio operated by Raushan Khemani, a sole proprietor based in India. There is no separate registered company — every contract, invoice, and communication is with Raushan personally. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
2. What we sell
RV-Kestrion builds hand-coded websites (business, commercial, and aviation sites), writes or rewrites website copy, and builds business tools, dashboards and custom software projects, as described on our Services and Pricing pages. Every tier's exact inclusions (page count, revision rounds, delivery time, support window) are published on the relevant pricing page before you pay anything.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are published up front — there are no hidden fees. For website and aviation projects, you choose either Pay in Full (a small discount applies) or a 50/50 split: half before work begins, half once you've approved the finished build, before it goes live. AI Dashboards and custom projects are quoted an exact number on a call first, then follow the same full-or-split choice.
Payment is currently arranged manually — after you submit the project form, payment details (UPI/bank transfer) are sent to you directly. No card or bank details are collected or stored by the RV-Kestrion website itself.
Intro-rate pricing shown on the site today may rise for future clients as our schedule fills. If you pay at today's published rate, that rate is honoured for your project regardless of any later increase.
4. Revisions
Each tier includes a stated number of revision rounds (or unlimited, on Premium) — see the relevant pricing page. Revision requests beyond your tier's allowance are billed separately at a small flat fee, agreed with you before any extra work starts. "Revisions" means refinements to the agreed design/copy direction — a request to rebuild the project on a fundamentally different brief is treated as a new project and quoted separately.
5. Delivery timelines
Stated delivery windows (e.g. "1–3 days") begin once payment (or the first half, for a split) is received and you've supplied the information requested in the project brief. Delays caused by late feedback, late content/asset delivery, or scope changes on your side are not counted against the stated timeline.
6. Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the code, design, and copy delivered to you outright — there is no subscription, licence fee, or lock-in. Before full payment (e.g. mid-way through a 50/50 split), the work remains RV-Kestrion's property until the final payment clears. RV-Kestrion may, unless you request otherwise in writing, reference completed projects (including before/after screenshots) in its own portfolio and marketing.
7. Post-launch support
Each website tier includes a free bug-fix window after launch (the exact number of days is stated on the pricing page for that tier) — this covers genuine defects in what was delivered, not new features or content changes. After that window, and for dashboard/custom projects, ongoing changes are billed separately unless you're on an active Care Plan.
8. No guaranteed business outcomes
RV-Kestrion builds and delivers the website, copy, or software described in your chosen tier to a high technical and design standard. We do not and cannot guarantee specific business outcomes — search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or conversion rates — since these depend on many factors outside our control (your market, your offer, your marketing spend, search-engine algorithm changes, and so on).
9. Third-party services
Delivered sites may depend on third-party infrastructure — hosting providers, domain registrars, form-processing services, payment processors you choose to integrate, or messaging platforms like WhatsApp. RV-Kestrion is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or pricing changes made by those third parties after handover.
10. Cancellation
If you cancel after paying the first half of a split but before work has meaningfully begun, the first-half payment is refunded in full. Once work has meaningfully begun, the first-half payment covers work already completed and is non-refundable, but you'll receive whatever has been built so far. If you cancel after paying in full, refunds are considered case by case based on how much work has been completed.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as RV-Kestrion's process evolves. The version in effect at the time you pay for a project is the version that governs that project. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page.
